A simple breath

This is something you can do at any time of day, any place and anywhere,  whatever you may be doing. It's very good while waiting for something to happen:

  1. Take a moment to gather yourself. Acknowledge your body and present situation.
  2. Place your attention on the belly and breathe into it.
  3. Observe/feel your belly rising.
  4. Notice the pause as the in breath ends.
  5. Observe/feel your belly falling.
  6. Notice the space at the end of the out breath. 
  7. Linger in the space for a little while.
